Perry Gruman is the President and founder of Perry Gruman, P.A. and co-founder of Peer Title, Inc. Perry was born in Tampa, FL, and is a life-long resident of Tampa. After receiving his B.A. in Business Administration from USF in Tampa, he attended the University of Florida College of Law.
After graduating with honors in 1983, he became employed as an associate attorney with Chamblee & Miles, a south Tampa law firm. Upon leaving that firm, he opened his own law practice, which has been located on Kennedy Boulevard since 1986. His law practice consists primarily of real estate cases, probate, personal injury, bankruptcy and related real property matters.
Perry's extensive experience in real estate law, bankruptcy, and probate matters makes him uniquely qualified to handle complex title issues. Whether dealing with distressed properties, foreclosure complications, estate transactions, or intricate chain-of-title problems, Perry brings creative legal solutions that keep transactions moving forward—solving problems that would stop traditional title companies.
He is licensed to practice law before all Courts of the State of Florida.

Eric Gruman is the Co-Founder & Managing Attorney of Peer Title, Inc. Eric was born in Tampa, FL and is a life-long resident of Tampa. After receiving his BA from Tulane University in 1983, he attended the University of Florida College of Law, graduating with Honors in 1986.
After law school, Eric was appointed as an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County and served in that position until 1990. During his time as a prosecutor, he handled cases from DUIs to serious felonies ending up in the Narcotics Division.
After getting married and returning to Tampa in 1990, he opened his own practice handling real estate and criminal cases. In 1997 he co-founded Peer Title, Inc. with his brother Perry and Peer Title has been in continuous operation since then at the same convenient location on Kennedy Boulevard.
Eric's prosecutorial background brings a detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset to every title examination. His experience handling complex legal cases translates directly to resolving challenging title defects, making him an invaluable resource for real estate investors and transactions involving distressed properties or complicated ownership histories. When title problems threaten a closing, Eric finds legal solutions where others see only obstacles.
